First Step - ordering and policies
ORDERING
The first step is to fill out the Contact us page, letting us know of your interest. We will then email you a customer information sheet that will need to be returned. Once we receive the information sheet we will email you an order confirmation page that you will return with 25% non-refundable deposit to hold your dress.
We will then set up a special order item for you through our online store that you will be able to pay the 25% deposit or all up front through a PayPal verified site for online safe purchasing.
The 25% down reserves the dress for you, as only 10 of each design are created it is best to reserve your dress, even if you do not need it for 6 months. We request at least 60 days notice of the event date to create your gown. If you have a rush order please email us and we can discuss the possibilities of getting it created for you in time ([email protected]). We like to have enough time to get the gown completed and in the mail to you a month before your ceremony. This gives you time for last minute details and mild alterations if needed.
Each dress is created based on the measurements clients provide, it is recommended that you get professional measurements (alterations / tailor shops can do this), and although professional measurements are not required it is highly recommended as we will not provide refunds for the following: weight gain or loss, or incorrect measurements.
After the gown is created from the measurements given and if it does not fit, we will do alterations for a fee. (This includes client paid shipment to and from for the alterations) If it is a small area it would save by taking it to a local alterations shop, less S&H.
REFUND POLICY
All original samples (1 per dress design) are sold as-is for the size created and can not be refunded. Accessories, and clutch purses are non-refundable.
Custom dresses can be returned within 3 days of receiving them if they are returned in the original condition that they were sent, 75% of the purchase price is refundable but the 25% deposit is non-refundable, which covers time and materials.
